Regarding services rendered, unless a full transfer is expressly stated in a written agreement, the Company retains all intellectual property rights over the base code, libraries, algorithms, and pre-existing underlying tools used to build the solutions. The client receives a limited license of use as defined in their specific agreement.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

The website, its content, and digital services are provided "as-is" and "as available." M Technology System LLC expressly disclaims any warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the website will operate free from interruptions, vulnerabilities, or errors.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall M Technology System LLC, its founders, or developers be legally or financially responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. 6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement and any dispute arising from the use of the website or the preliminary business relationship shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any litigation or legal action must be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Collier County, Florida.
